Born London: age 28. Began stage career as dancer and later joined Aldwych Theatre company. Talking pictures: "Rookery Nook," "Chance of a Night Time," "Mischief," "Jack's the Boy," and "A Night Like This." Recreations: music and dancing.
Winifred Shotter (1904 - 1996). As the pretty young thing of the Aldwych farces, Shotter was kept very busy in the theatre during the late twenties and in film during the early thirties. She only made 3 undistinguished films after 1940 but continued in the theatre.
